Alpha Zoo BARF Oil combines beneficial oils from both plants and the sea in one single bottle. This clever blend contains linseed oil, salmon oil, evening primrose oil, and argan oil, providing your dog or cat with an extra daily supplement of omega-3, 6, and 9. The oil is perfect for raw feeding (BARF) but works just as well poured over regular wet or dry food.
Salmon oil provides the essential marine omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, while linseed oil provides alpha-linolenic acid, evening primrose oil contributes gamma-linolenic acid, and argan oil rounds off the recipe. Fats serve as an important energy source and are necessary for the body to absorb the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K. A pure and smooth formula completely free from artificial preservatives!
Daily feeding recommendation:
- Dogs 30–40kg: 20ml daily
- Dogs 20–30kg: 15ml daily
- Dogs 10–20kg: 10ml daily
- Dogs up to 10kg: 5ml daily
- Cats: 2.5ml daily
Tip: One teaspoon corresponds to approximately 5ml and one tablespoon to approximately 15ml. Rotate the bottle gently in circular motions before use – vigorous shaking can lead to spills. The oil can be advantageously mixed with a little water, unsalted broth, or stirred into their favorite food if the animal is picky.
